SUBMISSION OF OBJECTIONS

In accordance with the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 3 of the Law on the provision of services in tourism NN No. 130/17, we inform consumers that they can submit their written complaints in these business premises in the form of a book of written complaints: DR.FRANJE TUĐMANA 52, 21250 ŠESTANOVAC-SEZONSKI OBRT ZA TURIZAM "BUK" or by e-mail: raftingbukomis@gmail.com. We ask consumers to leave information when submitting written complaints: name and sumarne, street and house number, place so that they can respond to the same. Complaints must be answered within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
